The Design Process
Each development project is adhered to by using strict methodologies that I have developed through my years of experience. These methodologies require clear, concise and frequent communications with the client. You will be kept fully informed as to the progress of your sites development via regular emails. These emails will indicate all stages that have been recently completed, what stages are scheduled and an overall project percentage complete figure.
Can I View My Site During Development?
The site is put online at a temporary location. This enables you to view the site and test its functionality at each stage of development. It is much easier to make decisions when you can see the website right there in front of you.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Each website is designed and coded in such a way as to increase search engine rankings. This will include placing key words and phrases in the site 'meta tags' and un-paid site registration with the major search engines. Such as Google, Nine MSN and Yahoo.
Each site is developed using the latest industry development standards enabling your web site to be compatible for viewing across a wide range of user platforms and browser software. I test your site with many different browsers to ensure that the vast majority of visitors can see the site quickly and easily.
Who Owns the Site
Upon completion of development you will be sent a CD which contains all relevant files required in the development of your website, along with the full source code for the site. Other developers may keep this source code in an attempt to lock the customer into a life time agreement. My philosophy is simple, “You’ve paid for it, so you own it.”
